Client gave us a call to fix the TERRIBLE job the previous painters had done. As you could see by one of the pictures from before paint was already fading away within 1 month of painting. Gaps of wood due to not being caulked well, not puttied properly, Drips of paint, and Rough surfaces. Esparza Painting re-caulked everything, sanded down everything and gave one more coat of paint to all the white and stained the floor down with Solid Stain.
